15 Jul 2024 Representatives of Médecins Sans Frontieres – Ivory Coast visit our facility

On July 12, we received a visit of representatives from Médecins Sans Frontieres – Abidjan (Ivory Coast), who have been in Monrovia for a week to evaluate the mental health facilities operated by their Liberian counterparts.

MSF collaborates with the Benedict Menni Health Center as referral center to rehabilitate patients in their cohort who require inpatient treatment. As partners, they saw fit for us to offer their Ivorian counterparts our knowledge through this visit to our Maria Josefa Recio Mental Health Unit.

The group was welcomed by our team, who explained in detail our work and received praise for it. The exchange of experiences was very interesting.
