29 Jan 2025 The ambassador of Germany in Liberia visits our centre

Yesterday, January 28, the ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Liberia, Dr. Jakob Haselhuber, visited the Benedict Menni Health Centre and its Mental Health Unit in Monrovia. The visit marked the successful completion of a renovation project funded by the German Embassy, which contributed to improve the plumbing system of our facility.

The initiative, aimed at enhancing sanitation infrastructure, underscores the embassy’s commitment to promoting sustainable development in Liberia. During the visit, the ambassador met with Sister Superior Winnie Guyao and other Hospitaller Sisters, as well as the dedicated staff and patients who benefit from the centre’s services.

After touring the facilities, the ambassador was presented with a commemorative plaque in recognition of the embassy’s invaluable support. This collaboration highlights the shared mission of advancing healthcare standards and fostering well-being in the community.
