03 Sep 2016 Gipuzkoa county Council funds We Are Like You with USD 20,000

Gipuzkoa, Spain, county  Council has given a non-refundable grant of USD 20,000 to Sisters Hopitallers´ We Are Like You project, as part of its annual call for aids to projects aimed to cooperation for development.

Gipuzkoa Official Gazette includes in its September 2nd issue the list of organizations which the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports of the county Council has granted funds to. Among them is Sisters Hospitallers´ We Are Like You project, described as “Mental health care in outpatient center and commital regime in Monrovia, Liberia”. The project was submitted to the county Council by the community of Sisters Hospitallers at Aita Menni Hospital in Arrasate-Mondragón, Gipuzkoa (Spain).

Other 34 projects got grants from the county Council for launching programs aimed to cooperation for development, worth USD 3,252,000.
